Bought A Giant Gravel Bike here. The Bike is stupendous. I paid for a bike fit, worth every penny. Carefully and professionaly carried out, made my riding more comfortable. A couple of minor "isues" were sorted out immediatley. Great Staff, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great experience shopping here. Veronica was very helpful, and Sandro did an excellent bike fitting session (highly recommended)!

Huge issues trying to get my bike serviced here. Staff member who dealt with me was really rude and unhelpful. If you need your bike serviced, I'd recommend looking elsewhere!

///

Such a disingenuous response.

In no way did I expect you to carry out the service in 1/2 hr. As I said at the time, I had assumed (obviously wrongly) I was dropping the bike off and would return to pick it up on another day. As I also said, when I booked the service no one said (a) it would be happening on the same day and (b) I therefore had to bring in the bike by a certain time. I would have happily brought the bike back on another day if you had offered me an appointment.

Aside from the timing issue, when I mentioned there were a couple of specific issues I’d like the mechanic to check out and said I was happy to pay extra for this, your reaction was like it was somehow unbelievable that I'd dared to flag any issues with the bike - wasn’t fixing issues with my bike the entire point of me coming to your store or am I missing something?

Your attitude throughout the exchange was just rude.

Amazing experience and customer service, best bicycle shop about.

Bought my bike here and had a bike fitting.

Purchase process was made super easy, I used cycle to work scheme and they actually remembered and reached out to me later when the bike came back in stock, shoutout Steve.

Would highly recommend a bike fitting with Sandro, enjoyable and eye opening experience really learned so much about my body and bike. Felt like a full physiotherapist assessment, replaced parts on my bike for the better, solved my lower back and knee pains when cycling. Get a full breakdown of your body recording/stats and are able to come back for additional adjustments.

Steve was exceptionally helpful and took time to explain the different functionalities of the E-bikes we were looking at. I would highly recommend this shop for stock and service.

Immediately after purchasing from this store, I sat down, purchase in hand, in the (empty) coffee shop which is part of the store to kill 10 minutes. After a few minutes I was accosted by a member of staff asking me to leave as this is “not a public place” in a rude manner and I had to point out to him I’d just purchased something from the store.

Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and I won’t be going back.

I recently bought a contend AR-1 bicycle and was immediately having problems with the brakes.

The team at Giant took my bike back twice and fixed it with no additional cost for labour or parts.

Great customer service and friendly team.
