An excellent bike shop, Dave is a very knowledgeable mechanic and is clearly highly experienced in his trade. My wife purchased an E-bike from Warwickshire Cycles recently and is very happy with her new bike. After sales service is efficient with a minor issue being sorted out following a quick visit to the shop. My 10 year old Orange G3 received a major service, I was kept informed of progress and costs as the work continued. The result was something of a transformation. All in all very happy.

Recommend this cycle shop for all your needs while cycling the canal tow path one of my pedals broke luckily I was not far from them they put me a pair of new pedals from start to end 10 minutes so friendly and nothing to much trouble he even checked my chain over telling me it was ok David was my repair man brilliant thank you.

Dave is such a nice person to deal with and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my bike and sorted it out along with a service. My bike is now perfect again. I am so pleased to have found such a great place for all bicycle requirements. I can highly recommend for all cycling requirements.

Dave at Warwickshire cycles is brilliant, I purchased a bike from him through eBay not only did he deliver my bike personally for free but on arrival my bike was perfectly set up for me and working just as it should .....total perfection.
Dave had emailed to ask my height to make sure my new bike would be a good fit and i was totally amazed that I didn't even need to adjust the saddle position or height. The guy is brilliant and totally knows what his customers want, I'd told him I was retiring an old 80s Raleigh shopper because I needed something a 'bit more nippy in traffic" and he knew what a needed and more than meet my expectations.....shame there are not more bike shops in Brum like this this beauty.

I have been very pleased with the service at Warwickshire cycles, Dave is pleasant and helpful. I went in thinking about buying an electric bike, and I came out parting with my money. I was pleasantly surprised of the price, I know electric bikes are expensive but this was much more affordable than another local shop I had been to. I test rode two different makes of bikes and when I went back to collect the one I chose, everything was explained thoroughly to me, if I do forget anything, I know I can go back and they will sort me out. My old bike is even going to be put up for sale by Dave, which I think is a great option for me and benefits the shop. he will give it a check over with his expertise and do any work required, so if anyone is looking for a good folding cycle, look no further, it is a Dahon and in good condition.

Absolutely first class service from Dave. Went above and beyond in helping us buy, and then modify, my daughter's new bike. Outstanding communication throughout too. Faultless service and cannot recommend highly enough.

When it comes to customer service, David is on a different level to any other service I have received. He is very knowledgeable on all things cycling and explains everything clearly to me. David has helped me out on a number of occasions now and always gives the same care and attention to detail no matter how small the job. Thanks again David.
