It's like riding a brand new bike! My bike was broken and, very luckily, Bike had availability on the day to not only look but also fix up my baby! Superb work and easy going welcoming atmosphere. Gentlemen, thank you all so much for the tips and now I'm having fun on my bike again - woohoo!

Without doubt, the best bike store in West London. I have had bad experiences in the past where mechanics have tried to replace parts that didn't really need it, or parts that were replaced and then went wrong etc Had a pretty bad experience with another bike mechanic the day before the Prudential Bike Ride meaning I couldn't shift into my big ring for the entire 100 miles. So I was a bit nervous about trying Bike, but I had read reviews of several other bike stores around Acton, Hammersmith and Chiswick, and this store really stood out.

Long story short - the mechanic has lovingly restored my bike to its former glory. The state I left my bike in...stickers all over it from the Pru bike race, gears unable to shift up, a constant clacking sound while I cycled, a knackered chain, filthy bike etc. I got it back looking - to my absolute astonishment - not far off of the day I got it 10 years a go. All stickers removed, entire thing cleaned up. I had a full service - at an unbelievably reasonable price for the work that went into it. They even custom made something for my mud guard which was broken - free of charge.

When I arrived to pick up my bike, the mechanic who worked on it was so friendly and seemed really pleased with the result. He helped adjust my saddle to the perfect height and opened the door for me as I left. Complete professionals. Explained everything he did to the bike and assured me that if there was any issues, to come right back and they will resolve them. 10/10 for customer service.

I rode the bike home - what a joy!!! The gears shifted like a dream, the brakes were more responsive, the steering was smoother. Could have been a new bike as far as I was concerned. And given this bike takes me to / from work and pretty much everywhere else, I am one happy customer!

I've cycled around 40 miles on it since collection, and I've not had a single issue.

Will be recommending you guys to everyone and I will be back for my regular checks!

Really good, I do most of my own work on my bike but for the stuff I'm not confident on (truing a wheel or fitting tubeless tyres) they are excellent. Very knowledgable, friendly and good value. They are also always happy to give advice and talk you through something you are going to do yourself. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, with particular kudos to Paulo who went above and beyond to not only kit our bikes with racks for touring in Europe but also helped with arrangements to get our bikes and us to Gatwick airport. Thanks so much!

Took my bike in to enquire about servicing. I was lucky enough that they assessed my bike then and there on the spot, told me what needed doing and that my bike could be left there now and be picked up tomorrow. All the guys were super friendly and were more than happy to explain to me what the issue was with my bike and why it needed xyz which was really important for me, being someone who doesn't have lots of money to spend, I wanted to know why and where my money is going, which they had no issue explaining. The pricing was fair for the service and work done, I would certainly go back should my bike need any work in the future :)

Staff at Bike were incredibly helpful with a repair job on my bike. The service was excellent and very quick, and both the chaps who were working clearly had fantastic knowledge about the bike. Will definitely be returning.
