Giant Store Southampton

I just moved back from the USA and wanted another Giant. The staff here are amazing very attentive and very knowledgeable. I love my new giant Contend SL2 shout out to Andy, Josh and Nigel what a great team. one of the best bike stores I have ever been too!

I've been going to this shop for two years now and it is for a good reason. They have a wide selection of bikes and technical clothing for both men and woman and all sorts of stuff you ever need for your bike. The staff led by Micky is very helpful, well prepared to tackle any kind of mechanical issues or just up for a chat about the happenings of the industry.

The guys in this shop are all fabulous. I called a couple of days in advance to check stock of a bike I wanted to look at and they kept it aside for me (Enviliv Advanced Pro Disc 2) When I went in to look at it they were very attentive. They set it up in the turbo so I could test it out for size. I bought the bike and they set it up for me straight away. They showed me how to setup the tubeless tyres and how to plug any major punctures. I bought a few extras and they fitted them all for me without me having to ask.
I was so pleased with the service I received from all of the team in store. They were all very friendly and helpful, I felt like a special customer and very well looked after. I will definitely be coming back to buy more accessories and clothing in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for making my shopping experience easy and pleasant.

Andy and the team were very welcoming and accommodated all my requests, even getting another of the range in stock from a different store, thus helping me to make a new bike purchase. They worked hard to find a way to sort me with accessories in a considerate way and their after sale support went over and above. Thank you!

Nothing is too much trouble for the guys at Giant. Bought my bike in the summer with an excellent recommendation and they have adjusted free of charge for me. After a recent mechanical failure, they repaired and got me back on the road in no time at all. Would highly recommend this for all your bike needs. Thanks again.
