Great little shop with a good range of models, Tony couldn't have been more helpful and too my surprise he had the bike I was looking for, ready to go. I took a 20 minute ride on the new bike, which included quite a hill. Loved the bike and bought it on my return to the shop. Tony many thanks, as a 71 year old I am enjoying biking again with just a little help from the battery.

My partner bought a Raleigh Motus off Tony. She hadn't ridden a bike for more than 20 years and was a bit apprehensive. We were taken on a test ride with a bike each and Tony was brilliant. It is comforting to know that if you have any questions or problems Tony will be happy to help. Unlike when buying online. We highly recommend Electric Bikes Kent.

I was looking for an electric bike to take on camping trips and after doing a bit of online research I decided on the make and model I wanted. Me and my boyfriend visited Electric Bikes Kent around September/October last year to ask if there were any in stock. We received a warm welcome from the owner who said there was currently a difficulty with the supply as they are fairly new and were instantly very popular. He said he should have one in January and took my email address and said he would let me know. Sure enough, I received an email and made arrangements to go and look at the bike. Tony had the bike out ready, fully charged and in the folded position so we could all work out how to unfold it together. I am new to folding, electric bikes so this was really helpful. Once we'd unfolded it and Tony had made some slight adjustments to bike, he explained how to use the assistance settings. I then went for a ride around the car park and loved the bike. Tony then suggested he could take us for a longer ride so we could see how the bike works going uphills. He got a bike out for himself, he lent a bike to my partner and I was using the one I was interested in buying. We went around some country lanes and I went up the hills with ease using the assistance. It was amazing!!

I have had some health issues and have become quite unfit over the last few years. This bike is perfect as it gives me different levels of assistance so I still have to do some work but can make trips that I wouldn't have been able to on a normal bike.

We got back to the shop and my partner had a go on the bike and also loved it. Tony then took the time to show us how to fold the bike and after I had bought it assisted with putting it in the boot of the car. Thank you Tony for taking the time to explain the bike and show me exactly how it works and for the short trip so I could get a feel for the bike going uphills. If you want a bicycle that can offer a little more assistance with a battery then I highly recommend you visit Tony at Electric Bikes Kent in Maidstone.

I was looking for a new electric bike for my wife for Christmas and visited Tony at electric bikes Kent who could not have been more helpful and took me carefully through the range available and what would best suit which included a test ride. after taking on board all Tony's suggestions we settled on the model we both thought would suit my wife, which it did and she was delighted. If you would like to try or buy an electric bike in Kent you should visit Tony.

Having been to most of the "e-bike" specialists in Kent and test ridden various designs and power units my wife was unconvinced about the e-bike concept. Then we went to Electric Bikes Kent and met Tony.
Although the bike was going to be for my wife Tony kindly took us both for a very comprehensive test ride including a steep hill so we could get an idea of it's capabilities and potential. He also took time explaining all the relevant pros and cons of the bike and we returned to the shop informed and impressed.

As Electric Bikes Kent is situated next to Allington Lock we thanked Tony for his help and meandered down to the river for a cup of tea. 20 minutes later we were walking out of Tony's shop having bought a Yamaha powered Haibike.

I can highly recommend Electric Bikes Kent. Since the bike has been delivered Tony has provided first class customer service and my wife is more than happy with her new bike.

I'm delighted to find this place.
Very sensible and in depth advice from somebody who gave me his kind and undivided attention about the fabulous world of electric bikes!
Having been suffering from poor health for a number of years, I am excited to discover that cycling isn't an impossible option for me after all.
This shop is the perfect place to test ride an electric bike, located in a beautiful setting with friendly, no pressure support.

Popped in today, didnt have a clue what bike I wanted,
Tony was soo helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I must of asked about 50 questions :)
Tony let me take 2 bikes for a test ride, will be ordering within the next week, once I've made my decision.
Would recommend to anyone. Was well worth the 40 miles drive.

As a bit of a bicycle nut (but more off road), I’d convinced myself there was no need for an electric bike and HOW WRONG I WAS … An hour with Tony and being able to try a range of models up and down a fairly steep hill, I realised it was still cycling, but with the hills levelled out, so you can cycle further, carry more and have more fun … So ended up buying a couple of Trekking bikes for everyday use, service from start to finish was spot on. Thanks Tony.
