Excellent bicycle shop, went in as had a few problems with the bike. There is a short waiting time at the moment but not too long under a week. The team are good and answered all of my queries and helped to bring the bike back to a smooth ride. There was a slight gear adjustment needed when I got the bike back however just took the bike back next day and was done within a minute. Top guys in there who really do their best to get your bike working smoothly back on the road.

Great experience. Andy and the team were very helpful, from buying the bike to getting the first service sorted. They even went the extra mile and fitted my new pedals and cleats for free - good people who look after you. Thanks for your help

Andy and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I checked out another few cycle shops and decided to buy a bike from Northwood Cycle Depot and I have to say the service provided was excellent. The bike arrived in a quick and satisfactory time especially considering the pandemic.
They have a good range of bikes, accessories and an onsite workshop.
I highly recommend Northwood Cycle Depot and will use them again.

Always has been the place to go and remains so to this day. Went there today and the bikes and service received meant just no reason to shop around- a very rare occurrence! Brilliant cycle shop and one to visit!

I wanted my road bike looked over and serviced before a holiday in the Lake District to avoid any nasty surprises.

I booked my bike in with Andy and as promised he had it completed in good time. He found a couple of issues solved with a new front derailleur (I knew one piece of it was missing, but not the other!) and he saved me from a complete replacement brake lever by sourcing a small spare part from Shimano.

Top class service and care from Andy and his team, even down to the small details. I have no hesitation in recommending them for work on your pride and joy.

Being there this morning to repair my son's bike front wheel which wasn't holding pressure, I was quickly greeted and the gentleman looked at it and fitted a new valve, pumped it and it was good all good like new. I am very pleased with the quality of the service provided and will certainly visit again, great place full of history. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I was bemused by the service from my bike manufacturer's shop, so I asked Northwood Cycles to give my bike a major overhaul, new chaingear, brakes etc. The price came in a third cheaper than the quote I had received from the other shop. Great advice, excellent service, quicker than I thought (had to order in some parts from Germany) and kept me well informed. I had an issue with the lockstop on the forks soon after. They took it in, replaced the cable at no charge and had it fixed same day. That was above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them.

Had a puncture I couldn’t repair by the side of the road today. This was the closest bike shop, I called and they where excellent with helping me and provided a fitted inner tube for very reasonable price. It’s not the most convenient for me, but I have now booked a service with them and based on my experience today would highly recommend.
