Activ Cycles Folkestone

I purchased a new bike from Activ and the service I received was second to none!!!! I was so impressed I booked by brother in for a bike fit on his current bike and they were amazing, adjusting virtually everything on his bike to to suit his riding style. Highly recommend these guys!!

The service at Activ Cycles in Folkestone is in one word super! My husband and I were on a cycling holiday in the UK and one of our bikes was broke. No place to mend a bike in Dover where we were and we were in a hurry because our ferry to France would depart the next day. Our B&B owner contacted the Activ Cycles Shop and we got priority. The bike was repaired very quickly and we are happy to cycle further to the Netherlands where we live. Thank you so much Activ Cycle team!

Great service! I turned up without an appointment on a very busy summer day. The crankset threads were damaged and I expected a 150 £ crankset replacement. 2 hours later they had managed to fit a new pair of clipless pedals for the price I could the pedals online. The job was for free! I had an amazing cycling weekend thanks to their help. Very grateful

I was riding a rocky mountain altitude bought in Brunei. For the last few months, I have had a HUB problem. I went to all shops in Brunei. Visited all main MTB shops in Malaysia, Miri. I returned to the UK and visited a few local shops in Kent, but I still couldn't fix it. Finally, Active Cycles managed to fix the problem. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic service from the team at Activ Cycles, we were on a bike tour and got in to trouble and they were super helpful. Thankfully an easy fix but would highly recommend stopping by if you need any help or supplies whilst on the Cantii Trail.

Rear wheel seized on the way to the Dover ferry. The guys worked hard and quickly to solve the problem. Very professional and friendly. Great value too. And I caught the ferry.
