Thank you Brian for all the information, the demonstration and for sharing your knowledge and experience of the Brompton bicycle range. Local bike shop service from a large national company. Great shop, first class service, I will definitely use Evans Cycles again.

Rude staff:

Went in looking for ebike servicing at first, but also maybe an upgrade to new ebike. Asked about a service on my import ebike and was told very rudely (we wouldn't touch that!.. Because it has a throttle) fair enough, but the manner in which it was said, and the look, was disgusting.

Also made to feel very unwelcome in store, even when looking at new ebikes worth £2k up. No way would spend that now in that store.

Phoned to complain about the service and the manager didn't care.. Said someone would be in touch, but no one bothered.

SO TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Had an emergency problem (missing screw on shoe cleat) and they sorted it there and then, supplied screw and fitted it, no problem and for no charge. So I am happy. Thank you.

Excellent service. Took my bike in without appt and Simon went above and beyond to sort it same day. A credit to the company. Highly recommended 👌

What a great service and a wonderful help Simon at Evans Cycle, Preston, provided. He went the extra mile to help remediate the tricky repair issues I had with my Liv bike. Evans are fortunate to have such an experienced and cordial bike engineer.
