One of the best bicycle repair experiences that I have had in London. Great, friendly mechanics who do their job very fast, and with great care and attention to detail. Happy cycling everyone!

Great 'traditional' (ie the people who work there know what they are doing; are skilled and trained) local bike shops. Have had my adult bike serviced and also bought a bike for my son. Recommend.

I couldn’t have been more impressed. And I’m quite difficult to please. Have been let down in the past with customer service re bikes locally not trust them. But these guys have shown exceptional customer service, speed, efficiency and I feel I just trust them.

Not sure what we had done to upset the owner who was completely dismissive of us. We told him which bike we currently had and that we were unhappy with it as it was very heavy. We told him we only needed something to go on occasional bike rides with our little boy. We were very friendly and polite. He sneered "commiserations" at our choice of current bike, then told us, "You're in the wrong place". We left immediately, in shock. Thank goodness our little boy wasn't with us or he may have got upset.

They have earned 5 stars from me. They were courteous, helped me out at short notice, explained clearly what they had fixed, and charged me a fair price.

Went there 3 times. The first time they were friendly and they did a good job. Went back two more times and its as if I was bothering them. Maybe because my bike isn't an expensive bike? I've seen them being more polite to people with 2k bikes...

I had a great experience with London Cycles. I have been here four times and they have helped me and advised me properly each time. They recently serviced my bike and turned an old broken bike back to new for a very reasonable sum. I am really happy. I saw the reviews about rude staff. The team have a sense of humour, which I get. They have been v patient and understanding with me and fitted some bike parts for free when I could not get the bits to fit.
I recommendd this shop.

Really nice local bike shop- they seem to know what they are talking about and are passionate about what they do. Unlike with some bigger companies that get kids in to fix the bikes but don’t always have communication skills to converse to you what they want to do or have done- this place is very good. You deal with the actual people who are going to work on the bike. They don’t try to over sell things to you and give fantastic advice. I gave my road bike for a service today and I couldn’t have been more happy. Next week I am taking my hybrid bike in for a service . It’s nice to support a local small business - I will definitely be using them from now on and would thoroughly recommend them. Just because it’s not some big fancy shop doesn’t reflect on the quality of their mechanical expertise.
