Best bike shop in Clapham. Staff are very very friendly and super knowledgeable. Went there to have new handlebar, brake levers and grips fitted to my vintage bike. 10/10 will be back again.

Really helpful staff, given the current circumstances they found me a bike to suit my requirements. Since purchasing the bike I have been back twice already to solve some bike related teething problems and to have some clip in pedals fitted. Both times the service was excellent and swift. Would 100% recommend, much better than the service you receive across the road at a well known chain...

Mike and his team are life savers! Great customer service, communication, and a great job on my bike for a really reasonable price. This is the second time I have been into Apex, and I won't be going to any other bike shops moving forward. Thank you Mike and Team, see you next time!

Went in after cracking a chain link on commute and chain dropping constantly made riding bike impossible. Left the bike there and got tube to work. They fixed chain, busted spoke and frayed gear cable. There was no unnecessary up-selling, and I was very impressed by knowledgeable and considered approach. Extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend.

Got my bike serviced here a month or so ago and it’s the best service the bike has ever had, done about 1500km since then and it’s still running like new. I had started going into Apex Cycles more and more as they always had stock of the things I needed unlike the evans across the road along with super customer service. Will definitely be going back here for all bike service needs and picking up the odd puncture repair kit.

After I was a victim of a road rage incident, I went into Apex cycles to see if my rear derailleur could be fixed. It couldn't but they promised me that they could fix it if I got the part. Sure enough the following Saturday, I called them up and took the bike down and within an hour it was ready. I'd called another well-known South London bike shop to have the same thing done and they told me it would be at least 6 days until they could do it.
The repair was very cheap and my old parts were returned to me as spares.
I can't thank Apex enough for getting me back on the road. Thank you so much and I would give you five stars for service friendliness and efficiency. Will definitely be using you from now on.

Incredible service as always. I recently had a full service completed and a new cassette and rear mech fitted. At no point did Apex try to upsell me (like every other bike store in London), in fact quite the opposite, always trying to keep repairs/upgrades cost effective for me.

Went in needing a new rear bike light. Was very impressed that the first reaction was to try to see if my broken light could be repaired. In the end it couldn't, so with some guidance chose a replacement and was offered a discount on the price. I had considered going to Evans, but pleased I decided to go with an independent small business.
