OnBike Electric Bikes

I've just bought my first e- bike and what a great experience it was. Mike & Martin could not have been any more helpful. They listened to my needs and reasons for needing one. In the end I've chosen a cube reaction bike and what an amazing bike it is. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

They loaned me a wheel while mine was away for repair, then i snapped my wrist and could not get back to give it back to them for a few months. no pressure and completely understanding.
helped me through my process of purchasing a bike, very knowledgeable and would definitely be returning if i need a repair or when the time comes for a new bike.

Mike the Bike and Martin are what makes this shop what it is, a very friendly professional informative and trustworthy business. They are super friendly but also know their stuff and went above and beyond to help me find the right e-bike for me. I am so happy with the bike I now have and glad we did try the bikes they suggested as I could have ended up with a bike that did not fit my needs. Visited OnBike shop last month where I met Martin who gave me some well informed advice about the ebike choices available, I must say much better than I had elsewhere. He clearly had the customer's best interest as a priority. I was happy to make a purchase and as with other customers he readily helped me load the bike into my car. I am very pleased to have dealt with this shop and will happily purchase from them again.

After recent major knee surgery my wife and I decided to return to cycling as a good way of combining exercise with fun. We were highly recommended to On Bike by both family and friends so dropped in to see what was on offer. Met by Martin we were well impressed with his knowledge and experience as he guided us through various options. Everything sold here is extremely good quality and we were most impressed by a Dutch manufacturer which ticked all our boxes plus a few very nice extra touches, so bought 2 x bikes. Later met Mike when collected and equally a thoroughly helpful and nice chap. I rarely leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the friendly, professional and efficient service I received at OnBike. Mike managed to obtain an ebike for my wife in three weeks that at least 8 other suppliers said was not possible until January 2023 at the very earliest. Even the delivery driver was a smashing bloke.

Myself and my partner recently bought 2 e bikes from Martin. We had no real clue about what brand to pick and after several test runs on different bikes and going through all the details on what we wanted to use them for with Martins expert knowledge we decided to have a Moustache Samedi 27 X Road 3 and a Gazelle.

We are both very pleased with our purchases and were amazed at the large choice they had in the store. Martin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands and we would highly recommend OnBike in Worcester.

Excellent shop and service. We chatted to Martin about what we were looking for and with his advice and a test ride, we bought a KTM Macina Sport and a Cube Kathmandu 2 years ago. Since then we have riden 3000 miles all over the country and we could not wish for better bikes.They suit us brilliantly. There was no pressure to buy and the after sales service is fantastic. We have done 40 mile bike rides with lots of very steep hills and still have power left in the batteries at the end. Yes, they were expensive but well worth paying the extra money for the range and quality.
