Really impressed with the knowledge and support provided by Sigma Sports, especially Dan in the Hampton Wick store. Dan listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and gave sound advice. He was always willing to answer my questions and queries. This is how customer service should be. No hesitation in using Sigma Sports again. Really pleased with my purchase.

Amazing place with amazing collection of goodies.. they had a huge stock of almost evrything with them..very helpful staff.. got me all the parts I wanted n even helped me order some parts which were not available in the store at that moment.. super impressed

I ordered a beautiful bike from Sigma, when I went to collect it Milo made sure that it was set up properly, made sure I understood how everything worked, made sure I was happy and comfortable.

He really went so far above and beyond what I had expected - having spent quite a bit of money on the bike it was so nice that they went to such lengths to ensure everything met my expectations.

I had a very good experience buying a new bike with Sigma. I was served by Dan who guided the whole process well. I ordered my bike in January, but due to the delays caused by COVID to supply chains for various components I couldn't receive it until July - this included making a couple of substitutions that were not available any time soon, so an appropriate alternative was put in place. Where there were decisions to make on things like wheels we were able to discuss various options in detail and I felt confidence that I made the right choice. I'd really recommend them both for the range of bikes and equipment and also the experience to back it up. It really helps that the majority of the staff are cyclists who can give an honest opinion on various nuances in choice. For example it was nice that Dan knew Pinarellos very well as he has ridden them himself. I love my new bike and would gladly recommend Sigma to fellow cyclists.

Excellent service. Sales assistants, Leon in particular, were super helpful and helped me to pick and assemble my bike upon arrival. There are always premium bikes like Yeti or SC on display.

I've bought multiple things from their website and in store, had two bike fits and one follow up - I've got to say their service has always been excellent.

I also wanted to give Jimmy who does their bike fitting a shout out because he's brilliant, his knowledge is second to none and he explains things in a way that helps you understand what he's doing and why. He's helped a lot of my aches and pains go away - before you spend a lot of money on a bike you should definitely spend the time (and money) and see him first to make sure your fit is perfect, he's found multiple things with me that another (obviously not as skilled) bike fitter missed. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service from my first phone call to collection. Nothing was too much trouble for Will. He spent time over the phone answering my questions and giving me options and advice on purchasing a new road bike. I then took advantage of an instore consultation, which is a brilliant way of finding the right fit. After selecting a bike I decided to upgrade the wheels. Will's knowledge and expertise was again invaluable. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order ( including pictures ). On collection all aspects of the bike where explained and final fit adjustments made. Tea and coffee was a bonus! I highly recommend a visit to the store. Brilliant staff and customer service and great products. Thanks Sigma, and thanks Will.

What an amazing experience! Got a brand new road bike from Sigma Sports! Dan has been amazing with me, taking the time to explain to me how the bike works, to set it all up for me! Really a hightouch service and support from him! All that within a great atmosphere! Nice shop I couldn't recommend it enough!
