Excellent service, a very helpful and friendly team - overall great experience! I was unlucky to get a puncture on my way to work and decided to pass through the Rutland Cycling which is on my way.. Jeremy got my bike fixed and serviced in few minutes, meanwhile, I had lots of fun chatting with the staff! Not pricey at all :) Great vibes guys, I'll be back for more.. thank you!

This is a superb cycle store with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were looking for electric bikes and went to Rutland Cycling as they have a good reputation. The guys there took time to explain everything and let us try the bikes out first. No surprise we ended up buying from them.
The aftercare service has also been great. I had a creaking noise coming from the bike, so I popped in and they located it and fixed it promptly.
Highly recommended if you need a bike or accessories.
(There was a massive contrast to Halfords who were hopeless in every respect! )

I was visiting this Saturday to ask and have a look at front bicycle racks. The clerk was very professional and nice but simple sent me off to the online shopping. That is not the service that I would expect from a good bicycle shop. Each bicycle is different and testing directly front rack is very important. That should be possbile in this kind a shop, but it is not.

Went these this afternoon, they were friendly, relaxed and nice. The people there are real people who don't push anything on you. The servicing is amazing, the guys really know what they are doing and if it is a minor repair that only takes ten minutes they'll often do it for free. (although I tipped them for their time)
Their bikes are a bit expensive but the people care so you will get a bunch of help if you ever get stuck and you'll know that you're paying people who matter.

I dropped by with my bike after work and Jeremy and the store manager were incredibly helpful and very friendly. They advised me on the best saddle and looked over my bike with no hassle. This was the third time I've been to this shop and received excellent customer service each time.

Excellent service, a very helpful and friendly team. I came by the store to get a new bike/equipment for my cycle to work scheme. I had a chat with both Matts and they recommended a very good entry level hybrid bike for me. They provided a 30min test ride around the local area to get a feeling of the bike before purchasing, which is very good. I also got my equipment (helmet, locks, gloves, saddle bag, bottle, mudguards) ordered so that they can be fitted when I go collect the bike in a few weeks time. There is a £100 deposit to hold the bike until all the accessories arrive if they are unavailable in the current store.

Overall, had a great experience with Rutland Cycling, and would definitely be visiting them in the future for more bike related things!

I had taken my bike for repair to another shop end of last month due to gear issues. Had a near accident & took it back. They said they sorted it to rectify the issue that day but I got into another scary moment of my bike's chain coming off & unable to peddle! I fixed it again temporarily knowing it would happen again any moment & decided to get a second opinion. Rutland was nearby and open on a Sunday. I called and she said they could give advice but no appointments available for repairs till sometime in October. Fine with me. When I got there, the man who took a look at my bike was SO helpful. Everything he said was wrong aligned with what I experienced. He was shocked at the service I had at the other shop & advised me of another that I could go to for repairs. He also noticed how I cable tied my basket on...frantically with more than necessary & fixed it all up - explaining why & overall they were so friendly & helpful!
Had a good laugh at my own expense due to the ridiculous cable tying I did with them & after much stress, I have taken their advice and the shop they suggested is just as helpful and the repair lined up with what they said! They know what they are doing here & have good quality bikes - recommend👌

Excellent place. Took the bike in on a Saturday with a broken Sturmey gear cable, and explained that it would really help us out if it could possibly be done over the weekend. They didn't have the right part officially in stock but both Leo and Jeremy went well out of their way to firstly attempt a crimp/cable temporary fix to keep me on the road, and then looked through the workshop tool spares store to successfully locate the right part.

So the bike was fixed that Sunday, less than 24 hours after taking it in which really was great - thanks guys, it's appreciated. I might add that the whole repair inc. parts and labour was less than £15 which was extremely reasonable.
