Just purchased this new bike, was super easy to use and was a great ride! I couldn't believe how stylish it was and was very comfy; leather seat and handles!

The electric component was also very easy to use and shows how fast the bike is going in mph. Also it shows the battery level on the front screen next to the bike brake!

All in all, super pleased with this and can't wait to get back on the road!

Really friendly and helpful customer service. The quality of the bike itself is 10x better than the same price bike in halfords, the finish is beautiful. Even when I had a problem with the bike, my problem was rectified immediately at no cost or problems to myself. Highly recommend the company and the product. Also extra added features are purchasable for the bike. Overall if I compared to the same price range bike from halfords hands down this bike performs better, looks 10x better and runs for longer. 11/10 rating really happy with my purchase

IT'S BRILLIANT!

I've never used an ebike before and didn't know what to expect but I'm very quickly learning the ropes using throttle Vs pedal power.

Not attempted a long journey yet so we'll see what that holds, bit I've done a good 2.5 miles rather more quickly than I would have previously and it's working out about the same time as driving given the traffic where I live.

Customer service has been great, build quality feels really special and the smile on our faces when riding this is priceless!

I never thought I would be so attached to an electric bike as I am to my Pedibal Navigata Folding eBike 🚲🥰💕 I love everything about it : its instant throttle is such a treat, its battery lasts very well and I can fold it to fit any boot. Having spent a lot of time carefully studying all ebikes I finally purchased a folding Navigata.Great solid build quality,powerful motor, good controls & easy to fold.

Very impressed with my purchase of a black Navigata CitE. Excellent value for money backed up by first class customer care. Gets me to work 9miles away cheaply and efficiently- while missing all the traffic too! Runs so smoothly. For me it was a far better choice than buying a moped with all the extra costs that incurs, and of course the added danger. Feel so lucky to have got the perfect bike that provides a plethora of travel answers for me as I share a car with my wife. Well done Mark and his team for producing a real little gem!

Excellent customer service received. Totally impressed with my Navigata it’s well built and performs exceptionally well. Really quick to fold and unfold. Battery life and range ok for my daily commute which involves a steep up hill climb. Has made my journeys an effortless joy. Thanks Mark for your attention to detail quite a rare thing these days. Would highly recommend Pedibal and the Navigata folding bike.My first choice was some £3k more expensive But glad I chose pedibal and the Navigata.

My husband is so pleased with his black Navagta electric bike and loves showing it off. Excellent customer service from Pedibal Bikes with quick and helpful responses while waiting for new stock. It’s a top quality bike that looks great and the twist grip throttle is an excellent bonus. I may now have to purchase a white one for myself!
