Out for a cycle ride today & got a puncture in Chertsey. Found these guys, and they were so helpful and efficient. Not only a quick repair but also great advice on our route home. Highly recommended!

Great team & great work, got a cracked rim with hub motor and the team rebuilt it completely with a stronger option, also fitted disk brake to replace v-brake system while keeping original brake levers, I’ve done 600miles since and no issues 👍 honest price for a honest job I recommend !

I have had several bikes repaired here over the last few years ranging through a good carbon road bike, a Kona tourer, to a couple of old bikes that had been left out in the rain for 4 years. Rich is an outstanding mechanic who thinks of creative solutions. He not only fixed my Ultegra gears, which had defeated me and 4 other bike shops, but also came up with a way of giving me lower gearing that others had said was impossible. Fantastic service and nice people too.

I was extremely impressed with the support and advice I was given when I was having problems with the hydraulic brakes on a bike that had not been used for 3 years. With the information I was given and the parts I was able to purchase, from Kona Bike Shop, I was able to get the bike back into full and safe working condition. Just had some servicing done on my MTB (non-Kona) and they were just great. A nice store with a friendly and helpful attitude. A thoroughly professional approach to the work (and they know their stuff). I was also able to observe the way they were helping other customers, not just in the shop but on the phone as well. Again, friendly, helpful and professional.

A really helpful shop. I had hoped my bike just needed a service, but after an honest appraisal and very reasonable prices for fixing it I had to go for scrapping it. Had it been a better quality bike it would have been worth servicing. The customer care was excellent.
