Best cycle shop around for miles. Staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve been to various other stores but they’re nowhere near the same calibre. A good sign of excellent customer service is if something goes wrong & seeing the response. Cycle Rev. goes the extra mile. Thank you Jon & Tom.

I brought a bike with John in the Colchester branch last week and the service that we received from him was absolutely incredible! He was so knowledgeable about the bikes he was showing me (as well as about my previous bike I brought into be serviced that is over 10 years old!) and was so helpful.

I have a back injury and John was brilliant in advising what alterations could be made to a bike to make it more suited to my needs so I am not in pain. My new bike was ordered in with the additional parts we added on and after a test cycle to make sure that the bike was definitely for me John was able to make an alteration in store to help the comfort of the ride.

I’d highly recommend the store and especially John as he made the experience of buying a bike such an easy and comfortable experience. And I love my bike!

These guys are amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I emailed several places about some new bike parts for my son's bike, and Cycle Revolution Colchester were not only quick to reply, but they provided HONEST guidance for what I needed - even referring me to other sources. In a world of bots, I found humane treasure. If I need bike parts, I will always start with these guys.

Had a brilliant experience at this store! The last bike I had purchased was over. 20 years ago! I had an idea of what I needed and was shown two bikes. I immediately liked the first. Nick was knowledgeable, patient and super friendly! And I was able to take the bike home straight away! Amazing experience from start to finish. Great customer service!

Had two bikes serviced at the Colchester branch and recently bought a bike online and got it delivered there. Communication from the online shop was not great but it was just perfect from the guys at the branch. They are friendly, professional and their services are at the highest standard. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing you do not ship bikes to Northern Ireland, despite saying you do, at extra cost, on your website. You just missed out on selling a £900 bike, but Tredz were happy to take my money. Please update your website to make it honest.

Bad bad experience with these guys. I would go into loads of detail but ive wasted enough time with them. Who ever buys a bike from here. Do you own research. If you know what bike you want then dont let them talk you out of it. As they tried selling me different bikes of lower spec then the one i wanted. If you know your size make sure with your own eyes that size is ordered. As they ordered wrong size for me and then tried telling me i was that size. which cost me wasted journeys and time. Lots of hassle. Ive since purchased the right bike in the correct size from a great shop. Also at the same time decided to get my wife a ebike. Got a few friends going there for purchases also. All our services are going to be done by that shop also. Blessing in disguise really. I sent a friend to cycle revolution who called and said he is on his way. They said if your not here by 5:30 we are locking the doors. Customer service seems to be lacking with these guys. Anywaud bad experience from me but ive since found a amazing place. Regars j.jones

We visited Colchester Cycle Revolution on Friday, Tom was very efficient and answered any queries we had. We purchased a mountain bike for my wife. We would highly recommend this shop and we will certainly be returning for any future bike equipment etc.
