Really capable and kind guys working at Hackney Peddler. I recently had a bike built by them, and they've done everything to make it a great and easy experience. I'm very tall (6'4") and they had a range of frames that could choose from. They kitted everything out perfectly, and it rides like a dream (as well as getting complimented a lot on how it looks). The No 1 place to go for all things on two wheels. I have nothing for praise for the staff who listen to my weak excuses why I am unable to fix the most simplest of bike problems and typically they can fix within the hour or ten minutes on a week day. They appear to enjoy what they do and are professional and knowledgeable.
Also their prices are fair...and transparent. Recommended!

Amazing service from the whole team, especially Alex and Aaron who helped me get exactly what I wanted in my custom built bike and Andy for the servicing etc. Hand picked the frame from their extensive selection (they have a lot!). Opted for a mid 80’s Belgium made frame, had it blasted and clear coated with a top of the range kit added. It looks awesome! Their after care was second to none also, sorting out an issue with the front forks. Highly recommend!

Have had my trusty hybrid town bike serviced here many times. Diligent and reliable service - they check with you if there are any unexpected parts costs before doing the work. Also they were happy to make some minor adjustments after the service last time. Nice, trustworthy bunch.

So lovely to have a business like this serving the local community - the owners clearly have a social conscience, providing well priced bikes with particular emphasis on budget, entry level cycles. No wonder this is the first choice for local families keen to move to two wheels. A totally welcoming and unpretentious environment - keep up the good work.

Thought would need a full service but the staff were so helpful and just fixed my one issuesl and recommended a service later on. Feels like riding a brand new bike! Clearly a place for people who are passionate about getting people cycling
