Back on Track Bikes

Paul is a great bike mechanic, and many a time I have taken a bike in to him for a service and I can honestly say it comes back better than when it was new!

Great shop, reasonable prices. Had two new bikes from them, one on cycle scheme and one cash sale. Got good price for cash, same as online prices, plus included fitting my peddles and setting up suspension. And recently Paul went the extra mile helping me ship a bike to my daughter. Highly recommended.

Just made my first bike purchase from Paul and the team at Back on Track , had used them before for parts but this was my first big purchase . Went in initially for a chat about what I thought I needed then tried a demo bike. Mind made up purchase was made once I’d got the bike Paul ran through all I needed to know and answered any queries I had . Can not recommend them enough!

Paul at Back on Track Bikes is an absolute credit to the business! He helped with the purchase of my first MTB. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He stayed quite late so I could pick my bike up, you wouldn’t get that kind of service at the bigger chain shops! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you again!

Paul went out of his way to build the bike I was interested in so I could get a proper look. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I used a cycle to work scheme and Paul had the bike ready as soon as I could get there to pick it up. Gave me loads of info on getting started on my new bike too. Highly recommended.

Just had work done on my bike by Paul at back on track..would highly recommend this guy my bike feels amazing much cheaper than I expected seems like he's taking his time checking my bike over which I wanted..explained everything to me what he'd done..Will definitely be using back on track again for all my bike needs.
