The YT MILL, Surrey Hills

I came in the YT Mill for a test ride, and was immediately greeted by a great staff member who guided my through the bike setup, from bar angles to suspension setup. After finishing one of the best rides I have had to date, I returned to the Mill with a ton of questions, all of which were answered with great detail and care. I left the YT Mill with a grin on my face, a handful of stickers, a t-shirt, and having experienced one of the best rides I have ever had. Special notice goes out to all the staff, who were welcoming, knowledgeable and as stoked as I was during my adventure. I am glad to be part of the YT Mob

I took my new YT Decoy in the box over there yesterday. The guys and girls have set it up - all ready for the 1st outing tomorrow. Super friendly environment. 1 very happy customer here.

Fantastic showroom, bikes look incredible, great merch and terrific coffee and beer. Staff are super friendly, informative and helpful setting up our demo bikes. Can't wait to go again!

Probably has to be the best bike shop I've ever been to. They have nice bikes and it's a really nice place to be. The people that work there are really nice and chill and they will help if you need it.

Exceptional service! During a free suspension set up we found my Jeffsy's rear shock was blown. They kept me riding with a loan bike, all the staff are passionate & knowledgeable shredders and just get it! Go and check this facility it is amazing and the team really are a credit to the YT brand.

Requested to view a bike they were selling and the staff were extremely accommodating opening the store up just for me for the viewing. Best looking bike show room I've ever seen, so glad that YT have opened a location in the UK. Super friendly and helpful service, from all the staff. After a quick test ride later, I decided to buy the bike, and the staff kindly dialed in my suspension to my weight and preferences. Glad to have bought another YT and be part of the YT mob!

*Jan 2022 - Update*
I felt the need to add to this review. I've now had my Decoy for around 16 months, and contacted the YT Mill over various purchases / advice / servicing within that time. At no point have I received anything other than A* - 10/10 customer service. It blows my mind how well the Mill is handling YT in the UK and from the various forums / FB groups I'm in, I'm not alone with the service received.

As long as the UK Mill is around, I'll never choose another brand. So thank you to all the team, especially Chris.

Just wanted to drop a review to basically say thank you so much to Adam, Chris and James for the demo day Friday. The hospitality myself and my brother received was absolutely fantastic and I appreciate that each one of you went above and beyond with the information and help we received, in regards to where to ride, tech info etc.

I work for an awesome extreme sports company myself and often have customers mention how they feel ‘part of the family’ with our products and I had the exact same vibe at YT Mill UK.

A day later and 2 x Decoy Elites have been ordered :)

So again, thank you for everything you’re doing in the UK, you all as a whole have created YT Owners for life I believe haha.
