PRIMO Cycles

I have been a Primo customer for a year now, an d the main reason why I keep going back to Primo is the level and quality of service. Especially Ben has been a great help with getting my bike fit right. I have gotten plenty of good suggestions from him, and I like how he explains the issues he observes in the fit and physiology, and how to fix them. He also gives a good range of options to different budget and skill levels, and I have gotten great advice from him when choosing new equipment.

Rip off… the guys are rude and unfriendly. Asked to use a pump even though I was buying something, was told it would cost £1. On a second occasion tried to borrow a torque wrench to adjust the seat, was told I couldn’t use it. I would have to send my bike in, earliest availability in 4 days…. To adjust the height of my seat. Total circus ran by a bunch of 🤡🤡

Great team, really helpful with organising my cycle to work scheme bike. Fast to respond to emails and very enthusiastic about cycling and providing outstanding service. Don't be scared off by the scaffolding!

Got a bike from here 5 years ago and have been going back for services ever since. They are consistently kind and excellent. Highly recommend!

They don't know anything about bike maintenance and technical support. They just know how to sell a new bike or part. They only care about money. Especially when their boss see you in the store, he will only think earn money. I have experienced this 5 times. Their tecnical support is terrible. If you want to waste of your money then you can go to Primo Cycles.

They were able to schedule me for a bike fitting right away and did an excellent job setting everything up so my bike is more comfortable to ride

Absolutely amazing service from PRIMO cycles. Left work one day (just around the corner from PRIMO) to find I had a flat tyre and was in a massive rush to get to my daughter's school for parents evening. The chap who served me was extremely quick in changing the tyre for me, and when he overheard me on the phone saying that I was worried I would be late to the school but that I couldn't go there directly because I didn't have a bike lock with me, he even brought out one of their bike locks to lend to me and told me to just drop it back off when I was next at work. Put total trust in me to return it which I was incredibly grateful for - and meant I made it to my appointment in time!! Absolutely brilliant service, wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this bike shop :)

I've been here a few times over the last few years as I have a fairly old bike. The team has always been helpful, polite and prompt. The problem and solution is always explained and the pricing is good. If I have any problems I won't hesitate to go back.
