Had a fantastic experience last Sunday, being served by Verity. She advised myself and a friend on bikes to purchase, helped us get the correct frame sizes and allowed us to trial a couple out. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and as a consequence, we both walked out with bikes on order! Would highly recommend going here if you ever need a new bike! Thank you again.

I purchased a rear derailleur jockey pulley wheel set. Raf S also gave me a pulley wheel bolt - as they're not included. Even though I declined to pay to have him install the new pulley wheel, he kindly offered me the use of the shop bike stand, enabling me to repair my bike.
Polite interactions with the bike techs I spoke to and wheel set was cheaper than the eBay equivalent .

I bought my Trek Dual Sport bike from the Battersea store, a couple of months ago. I am very delighted with their excellent customer service. All the staffs are very supportive and friendly. Just came home from having a puncture while riding and lucky for me I was close to Trek Battersea.

Alex in the service department was super helpful to get me going again I am really grateful as I still had about an hour ride home.

Best experience I've had purchasing a bike. I went with the intention of buying a road bike with a Cycle to Work scheme. They were happy to answer any questions, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the correct bike and any accessories I needed.I love the bike, it's so fun to ride and the build quality seems great compared to other bikes I've had in the past. At the lower end of their price range, this gives so much confidence in their products.

A long overdue review. This place is brilliant, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ve saved when I was I struggling with packing my bicycle for air travel. Could not recommend a better bike shop in London!

Incredibly kind and caring team. Had a problem with changing the tires on my sons scooter and brought it to them for their help even though get specialised for bikes. Two people worked on it for 15 minutes and they refused to take any payment. They said their payment was making a child happy 😊 will go back to use them for all future purposes and reparations
