Just lovely. So rare to find a caring and genuine bike shop these days. New and second hand bikes for about half the cost of the average highstreet shop

Fantastic man with a wonderful temperament. popped in here as I had a rusty chain and he walked me out back and showed me what to to fix it. I had to then ask if he could sell me the spray. Which he did. Been there 30 years and hopefully 30 years more.

Friendly owner who couldn’t be more helpful.
Near on fully serviced my bike when I visited for new brake pads and to attend to the shifters.
Good price, good work, a great bike shop with tonnes of new and second hand stock.
Worth a visit.

No need to book a service! :)

I just turned up with my bike and the owner (Brian) was very helpful, friendly and quick. He fixed my bike within 24 hours.

The local alternatives (Halfords and Evans) asked for DOUBLE Brian's fee, and said that they would need my bike for 3-5 days.

Brian has been servicing bikes for 35 years, he is truly a master!

One of the few bike shops where they won't make you feel that your bike needs total overhaul and gold service (like halfords, "it will be 200 pounds so you might as well buy one of (our) new bikes.") , but fix exactly what needs fixing (for very decent price). If you're looking for honest service this is the place! A*

My bike broke near this shop. I walked here and the gent inside gave me the Allen key I needed to fix it for free. He genuinely cared. So nice to see.
