After choosing a new E-Bike and struggling to find stock Jess at thegoodlifebike was able to help. After test rides, helping set up a cycle to work agreement and final order, delivery went smoothly. Jack the mechanic at the shop is great, providing advice and servicing my bike. Will definitely be looking to buy my next bike there.

Even though our two bikes were not from their stable, Jack was just wonderful in helping us with a set up service to iron out our difficulties and ensure that we were safe to get on the road. Even special instructions on our service receipt to make our life easier as first time ebike operators. Agree with previous reviewers, Jack and Jess were welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and absolute stars.

Great personal service and attention. On Sunday I had a terrific ride around Richmond Park on my bike that had been brilliantly serviced by Jack at Thegoodlife Bike. This had taken no small amount of effort as my bike maintenance is not my strong point in life. I've now been back twice on account of the excellent service and honest advice (for example, on what parts need to be replaced and when). Thegoodlife Bike have another loyal customer!

I highly recommend The Good Life. Having visited the shop several times over a period of about 18 months (couldn't quite get my head round paying so much for a bike), I eventually bought a Reise & Muller Supercharger, which is great, can't recommend it enough. Jess and Jack are incredibly helpful, both before and after selling a bike. In my experience there are always little things that need tweaking with bikes and The Good Life are more than helpful in that regard.
