I can’t thank mechanic Andy and the team at Hoops enough for getting me back on the road after breaking down 40kms into the 160km long South Downs Way ride. My front derailleur cable snapped which meant loosing 2/3s of my gears. I was about to quit but my friend called Hoops and they said they’d take a look. Within the time it took to drink a coffee Andy had replaced the cable and reconfigured the gears. We went on to complete the challenge before the sun set. I would not hesitate to buy a bike or book a service at Hoops after this experience. Cheers!

Was in the middle of a bikepacking trip where my back tyre drove me crazy by constantly puncturing. The people at Hoops were kind enough to set them up tubeless for me at a moment's notice. Took about 30 mins and I was on my merry way, no punctures since. It was clear to me they love their bikes and want you to love your bike. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Hoops is a brilliant place with really helpful staff. They've answered my daft questions many times and always given my sound advice.

I took my Elephant bike in for a £65 service last week and as it only took them half the time expected they only charged me £30, which was very honest and much appreciated.

Good selection of bikes which I was able to test ride. Andy & Gary are both very knowledgeable, well informed and approachable members of staff in the shop.

Superb, friendly service from knowledgeable staff. Not a bad word to say about them - helpful and personal, providing a number of fitting services for bike accessories for free whilst you go about your day. Would highly recommend.

Went to a bike park and the bike was not running right sounded awfull phoned up asked on the off chance they could check it over asap as was on a day trip dropped it in and they got it absolutely spot on and was able to ride the rest of the day absolute legends and very good price highly recommend to anyone needing any bike repairs.
