I popped in to grab an inner tube a couple of weeks ago and my tyre ended up exploding in the shop (classic). The team had it back for me early the next morning even though they were fully booked. Really friendly team who made me feel super comfortable and very obviously know their stuff! Will be back!

Great service repairing my son’s Pure electric scooter. Weylan looked after me. Really friendly, helpful and professional. Repair was done quickly, even though they seem extremely busy and it was a good value too. Highly recommend. Parking not great but you can park outside Hotel Du Vin which is only a few minutes away.

Owen was so amazing 👏. He told us everything we needed to know about a new scooter. Which we bought. My husband was like a kid in a sweet shop!! Owen assembled the scooter and even helped my husband with the app on his phone.

Rich was Brilliant, store was fully booked for services when i arrived with a dodgy pedal which he replaced there and then with no charge. He could have easily said he was to busy which he was and charged. Really appreciated Rich thanks for helping me out!

I stopped in here when I needed a bit of help with an electric bike. The friendly staff were able to help me even though the issue was from a previous mechanics work and not of a line of bikes they sell. They also fixed another issue with the disk brake that they spotted. Very impressed by the mechanic Rich.

Rich the mechanic and his colleague could not of been more competent and officiant. Super friendly service with matching punctuality. I now have piece of mind that I have somewhere to take my scooter whenever maintenance is needed. Thank you for the quick and easy service lads! A job Well done!
