Balfe's Bikes Streatham

Shout out to Eddie and Matthew at Balfs Bikes - absolute legends! Fell off my bike a few weeks ago and took it to the shop as the front wheel felt loose. On the spot they fixed it with a few tightens in the right place and I was good to go - no charge. Helpful, friendly and needless to say will be heading back with all my future bike needs. Cheers guys!! 👊

Highly recommend this place. The guys are really polite, helpful and know their stuff. They’re happy to explain what they’ve done and give general advice. I’ve used their workshop services a few times – bike services and just odd adjustments of derailleurs or similar – and they’ve done a great job each time. Last time I visited I spoke to Anthony and he sorted the problem very quickly.

I've been bringing my bikes here for a while now and they've never me down.
Special mention to Josh who's gone above and beyond to keep me mobile - his advise and expertise are second to none - and Eddie who's down to earth approach to repairs is spot on.

Free check service after 8 weeks booked over the phone. No email confirmation received. Got to the shop on the day and was told they cannot find any trace of my booking. No solution suggested although I was flexible to leave the bike for 2 days. To be fair, I was very happy with the service so far and when buying, but they need to get organised with the bookings. Thanks.

Excellent service by Mike! I walked in and he was able to replace my snapped derailleur hanger as well as fit my derailleur and chain with a bike service. Thank you so much- could not have hoped for better.

I went into Balfe's with my newly assembled bike and wanted to get the gearing checked out and just an overall check of the bike. All of the staff were very helpful. I saw Vlad who was very knowledgeable and helped with all my queries. Would recommend! Good service and experience.

Hoped to drop my bike in as there was a problem with the gears. The problem was fixed there and then on the spot, for free. They also gave me a run through of what state the bike was in (what needs fixed/replaced soon) and tightened the front brake for safety. All they asked was leave a review, here is it: 5 star service 👍
