Bought a Scott road bike from these folks last year and it was a really positive experience.

They gave me an initial fit to check the frame size was right for me, then when my new bike was ready for collection they gave me the full bike fit, which resulted in a great riding position. They changed the stem to better fit my position rather than try to make it work with the stock stem.

Finally I was able to finance the purchase over 12 months, which was quick and easy to do.

All in all a friendly, helpful experience which gives me the confidence that my bike is right, and a year on it is still riding beautifully. Thank you!

BW Cycles is a fantastic outfit. I like to do my own basic mechanics on my family's 9 bikes. Occasionally, there's something technical like a wheel build or some full suspension jiggery pokery that I take to the BW workshop. I just had the pivot bearings replaced on my Santa Cruz 5010 and a couple of other bits and bobs. The bike feels like a brand new one! I'm delighted with the result and the service I received. Highly recommended.

Great service and went above and beyond to secure a part for the bikes. They enquired about what you used your bikes for, frequency and adjusted the appropriate service accordingly. Very competitive pricing, easy to pick up and drop your bikes off. Thanks guys.

BW deliver! Quietly and without fanfare but very efficiently.
I needed a lightweight, robust bike to use for audax's and general club cycling, they suggested an Enigma.
I chose an Etape and it is perfect, fits me beautifully and every ride is a pleasure. It was only three weeks from order to delivery, after sale customer care is excellent too.
