Great service by a very friendly and passionate owner. Good selection of bikes in pretty much all sizes. I left with a lovely Planet X that was priced more competitively than any bike of a similar calibre, the price could even compete with prices I'd seen for bikes of lower calibre around London in the month I spent hunting for a great find.

Did I mention that the owner is really friendly, passionate about what he does and an all-round swell guy? I'll definitely be back for a bike for my missus and if (more like when) I might want to buy another for myself again.

After my old bike was stolen I was overwhelmed with the thought of getting another one. I got to test ride several before I settled on the perfect one.The bike is in great condition and is really excellent value. I couldn't stop smiling on the smooth ride home. Great communications. Easy to arrange an appointment. Both Ash and Jay were open and easy to engage with. The bike was serviced, spotless and ready to go. I have had the bike for one week now and have taken it on two rides and am really pleased it is a wonderful ride.

Ash and Joe have been so so good in communicating, looking after my bike, servicing it to a very high standard, cleaning and giving it a meticulous repair such that the gear changes are fantastic /the braking is sharp / responsive / everything runs so so smoothly. Recently bought a Specialized Tarmac Tiara. Ash and Jay was so helpful and very knowledgable. Very patient, let me try out at least 6 bikes and helped me choose the bike I felt most comfortable with. Top blokes! Love my bike to bits, even got my sisters bike booked in for a service with them. Highly recommend this place, honest guys, good price, top notch service. Will definitely use again.

Just purchased my first carbon road bike from Urban Cycology Ltd. Met with Jay who was extremely friendly, offered great advice and gave me lots of time and space to explore the bikes. On arrival, Jay had already selected a wide choice of road bikes based upon my requirement. I really appreciated being able to road test the bikes before making a final choice. These guys are great. Ash was super helpful and I was emailed links to potential bikes beforehand so I could start having a think about what I might like. I was able to test each bike on quiet backroads and Ash was great, adjusting positioning and encouraging me to try stuff I might not have thought of. In the Wild West that is the London bike trade, Urban Cycology is a bastion of reliability, quality, and transparency. It was frankly a monumental relief to work with the guys here, who had prompt communication and forthright advice. While I tried to both sell and purchase a bike, there was never any pressure and I wound up with the best bike I've ever had. Hope the shop keeps doing well, and I know where to go if I have cycle needs!
