Fantastic service and great communication! Couldn't have asked for more. Bike purchases aren't a regular thing for me but I know where I'm heading next time I'm in the market.

Fantastic service. Was able to order me in an electric Brompton High Bar on my cycle to work scheme when nowhere else had them in stock. Yes, I had to wait until stock was available, but that was fine. Nowhere else wanted to know. V friendly too! Will definitely be using again for parts and accessories.

I've been there twice in the past few months and both times they have been really helpful. The first time they charged me less than the original quote. Anywhere that will be open and honest about how much they charge, and provide a decent service, has got my custom.

Started well with the retailer, very helpfully, measuring the e bike and e mailing the details. Unlike other retailers, importantly for me Compton Cycles actually answer the phone and respond to e mails efficiently and quickly. Bike arrived by carrier today within the 2 hour indicated window 👍. They carried the bike into the house in the giant box provided! Assembly of the pre delivery inspected bike was a doddle and out on the road within an hour after arriving. A very positive experience so can highly recommend based on my experience. 🤙
