South Downs Bikes

Excellent service from South Downs Bikes yesterday and today.
Took some wheel in to have disc rotors installed and then to check an issue with my cassette install. Both quick and easy jobs for the guys there but it helped me out no end!

Fitted a new chain and brake pads right on closing time on a Friday, got me out of a tricky situation. Went back at 9 am next day for brake bleed, all done straight away. Excellent service and staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. From Mark.

A very nice little bike shop, staff were friendly and helpful, I bought all that I needed. They also have bicycle components from some of the the other brands such as Deity.

I used south downs bikes for the first time yesterday , we were desperate for a new bike for my daughter the next day , they have a great range of bikes and found one straight away , the bike was serviced and collected an hour and a half later ( as a favour) , customer service is excellent very friendly and there cycle knowledge is fantastic will definitely use again 👍🏻

Absolutely fantastic. Very well laid out shop. Customer service was really good and friendly. I needed to get my bike inner tube replaced and fitted I went in and within about 10 minutes I was out and one happy customer. Very reasonable as well I would rather go to them as they are my local bike shop.
Brilliant service I couldn't recommend more I will be coming back to get my bike serviced and maybe making a few purchases in shop.

Used these guys twice. First time for a short notice service and a few extra bits on a Brompton. Top job. Most recently, I needed the front brakes on a new Christmas bike for my boy adjusted at very short notice (I'm a bit rubbish). Called them, went in 20 minutes later and they sorted it in 5 minutes. Even told me how to do it myself next time. And they point blank refused to take any money from me for the second job. Outstanding. Could not recommend them enough.
