Ordered two sets of brake pads but only one showed up. I let them know and with good communication (quick responses) they sent a second set of pads. Pads are cheap but great quality and working well.

Rubbish company. Bought a mudguard from them via Amazon. It didn't arrive, followed up with Laxzo, who said check with Royal Mail, I did - RM hadn't even received it, i.e. not sent out! Went back to Laxzo, said they would send a replacement. That never arrived. Followed up again and a third replacement was sent out, yes, you guessed right - it never arrived. Highly unusual for 3 items never to arrive. I asked for a 4th replacement figuring third time lucky didn't apply here and they issued a refund.

Such a nice surprise! Nice people, fixed my tyre quick and the prices are very good. Highly recommend

Rubbish service. Scam company and Conmen. Ordered items on their ebay account. They send a totally different brand (never heard of them) and the incorrect size items. I inform them and they instantly get rude, refused to accept that the parts are wrong because "their guy in the warehouse said its all ok". Eventually after insisting and sending photos of the wrong parts, that I dont want these wrong parts for my race bike they then eventually issue an incorrect refund amount claiming that the parts are fine and therefore they dont have to issue me my full refund. Ill be taking this to a smalls claims court if I have to as a matter of principle.

I have never had such a disgusting and rude interaction from a business.

Purchased the Shimano TL-PD40 axle tool via eBay. The price was the best I could find and delivery was very fast which allowed me to fix my pedal and get back on the road. Great service.

Ordered a part for my Grandsons' bike after trying several local shops (including the shop where the bike was originally purchased... Halfords of Sunderland) and being told by them all that the part I required was "impossible to source".
Laxzo dealt with my order and despatched the "impossible" item swiftly and professionally.
I highly recommend this company and will use their services again in future.

Sells items that they don't have and have never had in stock. Took my money then refunded a week later with no reasoning. That's theft in my book. Very poor communication too. Avoid and go elsewhere.
