Took my daughters bike to this shop because one of the pedals had broken off. The guys replaced the pedals and removed the stabilisers. Work all done in 10mins. Thanks so much. I would definitely recommend

Unreliable and dodgy pricing, and here's why.

I had to deal with them several times and I every time I had to overpay compared to what they've told me initially it will cost. On top of that, the bikes weren't ready when they promised they'll be, so I had to come back several times.

Clearly not a happy customer. I struggle to relate to the experience of those customers who left positive reviews.

I took my bike here because the pedal on the right side broke and they fixed it the same day. They told me that I attached the pedals on the wrong side, they changed the crank on both sides and replaced the pedals as well. They also tuned the gears. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am really pleased with the result and I will definitely come back here. Plus it’s very affordable so I highly recommend this shop!

I would highly recommend ladywell cycles to anyone. I have now used them a number of times for adult bikes, kids bikes and a broken wheel of a buggy. Each time they were super flexible and helpful and did the repairs really fast. I popped in today for a quick kids bike repair and they did it on the spot. Excellent service!
