A great service center for any bike, and the staff are very helpful. A must visit for anyone who is looking for a bike or has questions.
They have everything you need from city bike to E-Bikes, and their onsite bike service team it is outstanding. Hugo (Service team) serviced my bike and I'm very pleased with the results... "Thank you very much Hugo!!!”.
Also, thumbs ups to the rest of the team and Store Management. Mr. "R" you got an amazing team and it is because of all of you that I come back to your store.
Cycle you later!!! 🚴🏻♂️🚵🏻♂️
They assess the bike after 48 hours, then they tell you which parts are needed. Then you have to pay for the parts before they order them; but they only take this payment in person not by phone or payment link. They have no basic Brompton parts in stock at all.
If you want to contact them you have to call 40 times. It will take weeks to have a bike serviced and repaired by them.
I’ve had to source my own parts and take them to the store. Twice, as they needed more parts. I have had to get the parts from other bike shops, who I wish I had just booked the service with.
Evans customer service have been helpful.
It’s been so frustrating and I’ve been treated so badly that I have just left Evans Mortimer Street holding back tears and worrying that I will need to have the bike safety checked elsewhere due to lack of confidence with Evans.
Brompton junction perform same day service and have parts in stock.
I bought my Brompton here about two months ago and you're eligible for a free Bronze level service 6 weeks after you purchase your bike, to make sure everything is in working order. So I book my appointment for a Bronze service, listed to be 30 minutes on the website, and show up at 11:30am on the weekend. I arrive and they take my bike and tell me that they'll give me a call later today or tomorrow, citing that their turnaround is 48 hours. This 48 hours is not listed anywhere on their site. It's not practical to have a 48 hour turnaround for simple check-ups. If you're just going to put my bike in a queue (as they do), just tell me to come the next day - what's the point of appointments if your bike won't be serviced at that time?
Prices and selection are fine, the service is horrible. They need some ops improvements.
I kept looking and walking and found this one. The employee was quick, professional, suuuper friendly and charged me a fair price for the work.
I really recommend this place for any bike lovers! 🙏
