Balfe's Bikes Sutton

I recently bought a new bike from Balfe's Bikes Sutton after having my old bike stolen. I needed a new bike straight away as I use it to commute to work. After being lied to about bikes being in stock that were not actually in stock by a couple of other bike shops I was getting a little frustrated. The guys at Balfe's were friendly, honest and knowledgeable and helpful. I'm loving my new Orro Venturi and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Balfe's Bikes Sutton to anyone.

We bought a bike for my son who needed an upgrade. The staff were fantastic and helped us make sure his new bike was the right fit. I was surprised a few weeks after when the front tyre wouldnt hold any air, but the staff took the bike in and got it all repaired with no fuss so not only do I recommend them, I have trust in them.

Great experience buying Trek MTB from Balfe’s Sutton. Ant really took the time to explain more of the technical elements of the components and had bike setup and ready to go on arrival. Good service from Tom as well. Highly recommend 👍

What an amazing experience I had during my visit to Balfe's Bikes Sutton recently. The level of high quality service provided by Jim and his team was expectional. Nothing was too much trouble and from start to finish I was provided with a very good level of service. I would definitely recommend Balfe's bikes Sutton for all of your biking needs.

Not even got my bike back from its service yet but so impressed by their customer service.

When i booked in for a service, they just recommended basic without even trying to upsell or justify one of the more extensive services. Had a call early on the day the service was booked, and again got good, genuine advice about the rear derailleur hanger.

Really happy I've tried them out and definitely found my new bike shop. Thank you for your approach, which makes me feel like you put me as a customer first.

Great bike shop with some top bikes on display. They have a workshop for repairs and servicing too. The best thing was the friendly service and the excellent knowledge of the staff who spent time with us to advise us on the best bike specifications for our needs. Come in and ask any questions you have, they'll surely have something to suit you!

I attended a 1 day, one-on-one bike servicing workshop, and received expert tuition in performing a full, comprehensive service on my own bike from Michael. Michael is immensely knowledgeable, with 17 years experience and a very good (and patient!) teacher. Highly recommended.

My electric cargo bike was due a service and I didn't want to trek all the way to London bridge to get it seen to. I looked up Balfe's bikes and saw that they service bikes with Bosch motors. Called them up, booked it in online and they did a great job. They gave the bike the service it required which was cheaper than the one I had booked and also offered some great customer service all round. I am very happy I found this store and they will be seeing me and my bike on many more occasions. If anyone has an electric bike, cargo bike or any other bike I would highly recommend this place.
