Took bike to have a replacement spoke on a tubeless tyre. They did not remove the broken spoke nipple from the wheel. Did not replace the rim tape, but instead used insulation tape. As a result, when I inflated the tyre it punctured immediately. The work was shoddy and potentially very dangerous if I had ridden the cycle. 1 star is too generous. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I now have taken the cycle to a professional who has pointed out the issues. And guess what, I paid £20 for a botched job. Very unhappy.

I bought a ladies bike today after several years of not getting on a bike. The price was affordable and the bike is exactly what I have been looking for but was too expensive everywhere I checked.

Not only did I get a bike, they surprised me with new wheels. It was a pleasure buying from them. Had a lovely chat with the guy who fixes the bikes. I will definately recommend this place. I have a lovely bike and looking forward to exploring more places in harrow as I cycle.

Absolute cowboys. Stay away and anywhere but here. Complete shambles of a place. Went in to change tyre, hour later had to go back as the guy didnt do it properly. Refused to take card payment and requested cash. No receipt for work carried out. Complete crooks. Will be reporting to trading standards and also if I pass by and I see people lookimg for bike I will tell them NOT to purchase from here.

The reviews left here are by his own friends who work next door in the tyre place, another bumch of crooks.

Great mechanic and good selection of second hand bikes at half price

Very well equipped and knowledgeable staff. I took my neighbour's old DaHon folding bike to repair the rear wheel alignment, Roumal inspected both tyres were in poor condition, advised replacing. Gave a good deal, happy with the service! Very approachable staff, will definitely recommend..

Excellent range of quality bikes. They appear to take great pride in their work and want to ensure the customer receives a good quality product and are happy to negotiate a good price. Sayed was especially helpful in assisting me and ensuring I received the most appropriate bike at a great price.

I strongly advise against using this place. I put my bike in for a service last weekend. Before putting it in I called them to say I wanted to bring it in on Saturday morning and would need it to be serviced and ready to collect on Tuesday, and they told me no problem, I should bring it in. When I brought it in on Saturday morning I again reiterated that it had to be done by Tuesday and again I was reassured that it would be dealt with by Tuesday. On Tuesday I phoned them at 2pm to check if it was ready and I was told that it was nearly finished and would be ready to collect when I came in later. I arrived at around 4pm and said I was there to collect my bike and they told me they were just about to start it now. I told them I had phoned two hours ago and been assured that it was just about ready, and would absolutely be ready to pick up. Absolutely useless. They have no respect for you as a customer. Avoid.

Strongly advise looking elsewhere. Had a bike that needed a tire changed. Was told the bike had been assembled incorrectly and would need to be taken apart and put back together (good way to increase their fees)

Once I got it back, went for a ride, no issues. Next day was riding when the wheel locked up and I fell off the bike and was lucky to escape with a couple minor scrapes.

Went back and explained the situation. They did said they would fix it again. I said no, I wanted a refund as I no longer trusted them and they claimed this was not possible. No apology or concern over the fact I had an accident from a Bike they repaired and "serviced"
