Snapped my gear stalk on my Boardman Hybrid in error. Popped in as I pass the shop on my way to work, they gave me good advice about what could have happened and got it fixed the next day at a very reasonable price. I had a service done at the same time and also took my mothers bike in for a service too. Very friendly bike shop and I felt advice was being given in a transparent manner, I will be coming back.

One of the best second hand bike shops in Nottingham. Don't go here if you're looking for a new bike or new advanced products like cycle computers or clipless pedals.
Do go here if you're looking for a decent second hand bike at a bargain price. A bike shop for people who like riding bikes!

Great shop with friendly service and advice.

One of the worst if not the worst bike shop I've ever been to in my life.

Would not recommend. Went in looking to buy my daughters first bike and the lady barely offered any help or advice. Couldn’t answer any of our questions adequately and seemed more interested in tending to her dog. Wanted to shop locally but ended up going to Halfords and getting the advice we needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Bought a bike for my daughter that turned out to have a problem that was resolved straight away, no quibbles. Will definitely buy our next bikes from there too.
