Charlie and his colleagues went over and above to help fix my bike today. They were super approachable and helpful and I'll definitely be going back for any future bike problems! Thanks again! :)

Went here today, apparently my Top Headset Cap and bolt had been removed by person unknown, I having no idea how crucial this was to the overall stability of my bike had been riding it, Paul at Mud Dock having advised me to ride it no more, proceeded to find and fit an ultra good one for nowt except the knowledge that I was now safe he also tightened my wobbly saddle. Thank you life saver!

Ages ago was told by a keen cyclist friend of mine to avoid this place as he said the staff were arrogant and the place is known as a bit of a joke in the local cycling community.

Anyway I like to make my own mind up about places and decided to pop in here recently about a certain bike and well, turned out my mate was right. The staff are unhelpful, uninterested and arrogant. Much better bike shops in Bristol.

What a shop! No pressure, just good solid information. The team and Mud Dock helped us with our decision making, arranging a demo and answering all of our questions before supplying the bike of our choice. Very happy customers. Thoroughly recommended.

Didn't test ride or tune the gears. Overcharged me by £100 to do a "full" service on my Brompton but its clear they didn't do several things they said they would. Also charged me for specific labour that every other bike shop I've eber used includes in the service cost. I had to tune the gears myself, because I couldn't be bothered riding back there once again to deal with the unhelpful technicians.

It's a great shop! We've been in twice recently to get advice/assistance on a kids bike and they've been really helpful both times. Gave guidance and helped fix an issue with the back tyre.

Great team!

Recently got my Canyon serviced here. Paul and the team were great. Very polite and service was done in a couple of days ready for a weekend ride. Used quality components and bike is smoother than ever. Thanks again.

Usually use my local, just out of Bristol, but needed a store that had cannondale-specific goods. The team was friendly and informative from start to finish, kept me posted, speedy turnaround and a fair price for a great job, so far as I can tell on my 20km ride home just now.
