Super helpful staff! You walk in the shop and you can feel their passion for all about cycling! I have bought 3 Giant bikes there (so far!!) and I have never had an issue whatsoever. Super professional also for maintenance, repairs and advice. Strongly recommended.

Outstanding service! I am just learning how to cycle so I needed all the help I could get to choose the right bike. I was talking to Steph every time I came to the shop and the customer service she is providing is absolutely brilliant. She is knowledgeable, patient and very kind. I am very grateful to Steph and her colleague for making this experience smooth and simple.

Go to Halfords South Ruislip if you want a prompt service. Very disappointed by this shop - Visited twice for a repair & servicing to two different bikes and somehow in both occasions they stated «  too busy come back again after 10 days »!!! Really ……..
We thought we provide work to a local business but they didn’t want our custom. The least they cld do is to set up a booking system & call customers back when openings happen.

I took a bike here and there was a lot wrong with it after a small incident. I had to replace bits and pieces etc but they did a sterling job. It’s my favourite bike and I take it on long rides. Thanks to them I went on my first 50 mile ride last weekend. I have another bike that needs some TLC which I rode in a sportive but it wasn’t a great idea. I will be taking it here as I know they will do a proper job on it.

They sold me an inner tube for double the price of any Halfords and Amazon and then the tip of the inner tube broke inside my pump thereby damaging the pump which was worth MORE than the shoddy inner tubes they sold me. Never ever going to this shop ever again.

Used for cable replacement/re-indexing. Highly professional and knowledgable staff and very reasonable tariffs too. No need to use any other shop from now on.

I have been to over 10 bike shops in the area to service and maintain 2 of my high end bikes. I am very fussy about my positioning on the bike and how the bike should ride. I am very glad I stumbled across The Bike Shop. The staff could not be more helpful. They accommodated my every need and made further suggestions that I had not even though of. The service (very reasonable price) for both my bikes was perfect and I have never seen them run so efficiently. The mechanic even took the time out and explained to me how to pack my electronic bike in a bike bag safely for my races abroad. When asked how much for the invaluable advice. He smiled and went back to doing what he does best.
