Amazing amazing store. Called the store and spoke to Archie who gave accurate advice. Then I brought my scooter into the store for an exchange and Mario processed the smoothest transaction ever. The guys were on hand and willing to help. Would definitely come back to this store for my servicing. I would give an extra star if possible.

Online service was good however when I picked up the bike from the store in London the guy could have not been more disinterested , just handed me the bike and sat back on his chair.

I then had to go to him and ask the most basic of questions for example ,how do I take off the battery and still there was no effort.

Very very unpleasant experience.

Fantastic customer service. They have a great knowledge of bikes - both electric and manual and even pumped up my tires when I went in. Couldn’t recommend more. Great experience

Been to a few Pure electric stores and this is hands down this is probably one of the most shadiest, was mis advised by the team here that my motor was fixed for Pure electric first Gen, went to get it repaired and they replaced it with a faulty Motor only for me to leave with the scooter in cab to get too work finish work and find out it had another error message caused my a massive inconvenience been paying for travel since. I called the branch Marios the manager answered and told me that the scooter was tested after the repair and was working perfectly although I had paid for a new motor there still something wrong with my throttle, after emailing Pure electric and finally escalating it it was sorted out I came to replace my faulty new motorabd Mario's served me with a horrid rude attitude. I'd highly recommend using Victoria Pure branch staff are extremely polite and the work done for any repair is done to a certain standard.

I was really excited to get the pure electric bike, I wanted the VANMOOF with its incomparable tech and excellent service but I chose a Pure scooter the year before and believed the coherent branding and strong
Customer service ethos of the Pure brand so I bought the scooter from Borough and received the very best service as they put the scooter together and gave me all the info I needed with a customer service experience that left me excited about the purchase of my expensive luxury. Up until today I am happy with my scooter. I live in Victoria which had a branch and I thought it was the logical choice for accessing repairs and servicing, unfortunately both Victoria and Borough shops closed a few weeks ago taking those amazing customer service representatives with it and left with the narrow choices of Spitalfields or Holborn shops.
6 days ago I bought the Pure flux bike and cycled away ecstatic after a quiet and smooth test ride on the test ride bike.
As I cycled away I heard the brakes squealing really loud every time I applied the brakes I decided to stop off in the Spitalfields branch whilst cycling past and raised the question where I was told that the brakes should make no noise at all. I carried on my journey saying I would stop into the holborn store on my way back home, as I walked into the store explaining the issue the first reply I received was "you have to understand its an £800 bike" alongside a hummingbird type fluttering of eyelashes from the young man as if an £800 purchase was insignificant. I explained that the test ride bike did not present these issues at which I was told the components on the test ride bike are "Maintained to a different standard" and that the brakes were and I quote verbatim "cheap and basic". I asked why would you send out a test ride on a bike that was not identical to the one sold to which he replied " when you apply the brakes does the bike stop to which he shrugged his shoulders, at which point a tall man with a North American accent appeared from the back and said " come in tomorrow speak to the manager and just get your money back" and walked away.
The "Mechanic" yelled from the back that the new brakes would cost £130. Thing is if this is the individual who constructed the bike with the squeaky squealing brakes why would I trust him to upgrade my brakes.
I left the store bemused got home and called Spitalfields and spoke to the original attendant Justin who explained the scenario in a more professional manner to a customer spending a lot of money in what I had assumed was the standard for the PURE brand.
A horrible experience exacerbating the post pandemic shortage of trained customer oriented representatives with professionalism and good manners.
What an explosive display of bad manners, horrible customer service and disconnected integrity between taking your money and giving any regard whatsoever to match the customers expectations.
I had advised my clients to jump on board the sale offer of the PURE bike before the purchase, now I have advised my clients as I would to anyone reading this DONT BUY THIS BIKE! If the squealing brakes dont stress you out then the disgustingly low level of customer service and advice will!
Its easier, cheaper, more professional and way cooler to get a switch bike for an existing bike and not make the terrible mistake I made handing money over for a bike the store assistant and bike mechanic labelled as "cheap crap".
What the hell happened to this brand.
WHAT A MONUMENTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

Service wasnt good and items sold there are way too expensive. £15; for an inner tube. I was told.
Yet else where in other escooter shops you can get them for £10-£12:max. I wouldnt purchase anything from here they charge you double

Came into the store to buy a e scooter , was greeted by the most miserable energy sapping person ever, her name is Gabby.

Really killed my motivation to purchase the product, no help or knowledge about the product what so ever. Really made me feel uncomfortable and awkward.

I will be taking my business to the Shoreditch branch. And get your bloody A/C sorted , it a freaking sweat box in there! 😏

Twice now I've need an emergency repair on my bike while I've been working as a courier. Firstly it was to replace a brake cable and just yesterday I had a puncture round the corner. Both times the guys in here have been amazing, sorted it out really quickly, and at a great price. I don't use an electric bike but they've had all the necessary parts and tubes.

Would really recommend the store, it's very reliable to and really friendly staff. Normally I have to call around 5 shops before someone seems to be open or available. Of all the places to get a puncture nearby, this is the best!

Edit: Had an issue yesterday where the rubber attachment for my front light had snapped, my handlebars are large and I'd not thought about that before buying from a different store. Happened to be nearby again and they attached a whole new bracket, took apart the light to fit it. Really appreciate that! Also note that they are one of the few shops in central open on a Sunday, great service!
