Everything I needed in this local shop - I am middle aged but keen female cyclist, a very helpful kind man to sort out some better tyres fix punctures and help attach it all again. Much cheaper than the last chap and he didn't tell me off!

What a lovely village cycle shop, family run business and delivered a brilliant service. Also caters well for my kids growing up cycle needs as they get bigger.

Extremely polite helpful and informative service, I had a puncture whilst out riding over Walton heath, so I dropped in and got everything I needed to solve the problem quickly. I would recommend this shop and I will use this shop again, friendly and personal village service rather than the big chain stores.

I am giving this review purely on the fact that I called to enquire about servicing as there was no information on the website as I’d looked first so that I didn’t waste the shop owners time.

When I called I was made aware that the turn around time was a few weeks behind. So I asked how much the servicing cost was for in the future. The man said he’d give me the number of the mechanic during the call, so when I asked for the mechanics number as he was rushing me off of the phone, he said “sorry I got people in the shop” and promptly put the phone down on me!!!

I certainly won’t be using this shop ever and will use my usual trusted friendly bike shop which is well worth the drive. I understand that people may be under pressure since the lockdown but think yourself lucky that you still have an income. I run my own business and I know what good customer service can do for your reputation and if you cannot handle the pressure........

Today I was riding when my saddle came loose I found B&L Stevens was the closest bike shop and he was more than happy to sort it out for me, if it wasn't for his kindness I would of been walking miles back home, THANK YOU !!
