Cycle King Pinner

I went to Cycle King to buy my son's first bike. It was a good experience as we had a good chat with the manager who recommended a bike and told us the pros and cons of various ones. He also explained how to maintain it etc. Highly recommended for bike novices.

Andy and his team offer a fantastic customer experience. They are very knowledgeable and happy to help. The transaction of buying my bike was seamless and straight forward. I was able to ride away on the bike on the same day which was a nice bonus.
All in all I'd highly recommend Cycle King Pinner to anyone who needs a good personalised bike service and advice.

The service was quick and the staff was really nice, however we had to return 3 times in total. Initially we came in for a punctured tyre. They fixed this up but the inner tube was of the wrong size, making the bike wobble while cycling. We went back for a second time and received a new inner tube, but now the rear hydraulic brakes were squeaking a lot. So we went back for the third time where they attempted to fix that up too, but after riding the bike for 1 minute, the issue returned. We feel like the problems just kept increasing as they were 'fixing' it, we didn't return for the 4th time.

The guys at cycle king are sporty and speedy with repairs.. I’ve had to leave bikes in overnight or at least a few hours with similar issues yet it was done right in front of me and at a very reasonable price!
Full marks I say, and I reckon they all deserve a nice Christmas bonus too ;)

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I was offered different types and value bicycles to choose from according to my request.
I received a very professional and friendly service.

Ordered on-line and collection arrangements made over the phone.
Text reminder also received.

Very straight forward process.
Very happy with bike - great product at a great price. Discounts also given for further accessories.

Would recommend as this is second purchase following grand-daughter's first bike bought for Christmas.

I do recomend going to this shop, if you need any help/repair with your bycicle. Shop is well stocked with all the accessories you can think of for your bike. Lots of choice, if you want a new bike too. The staff it's always helpful understanding and very friendly. Visited few times and they never disappoint. Great team, great work. You can tell that they care for their customers! Well done guys 👏👏👏
