Always a prompt delivery from these guys. Ordered and parts were on the doorstep two days later. Never had a bad experience with this buisness.
Their websites a bit of a pain but don't let that put you off.
The you tube stuff they produce is first class ,and has helped me many times.
Just say yes.

I don’t normally do reviews but felt I had to acknowledge how good Brilliant Bikes are! I have now placed 4 orders for parts for my Brompton and all have arrived within 24 hours of ordering - staggering, I am not sure how they are doing it. All items arrived as described and helpful aftermarket advice to boot. I can not recommend them highly enough!

A really enjoyable company to deal with. They provided excellent advice for some accessories I wanted to buy and subsequently really looked after me when I ordered the wrong part! An absolute delight, thank you Brilliant Bikes.

The name of this shop is very accurate. BB were able to fix a recurring issue with my front derailleur and my rear brake as a walk in and in less than 20 minutes. The bike sounds brilliant and feels like a new bike to ride without the constant rubbing of my chain on the front derailleur.

This was an issue I have had with my bike over the last two years. I had been seeing a local bike shop in Horsell and had taken the bike in for various issues to the same shop. This issue was always said to be unsolvable and that I would probably not be able to use two of the gears on my rear cassette.

Have made a couple of purchases from Brilliant Bikes now, and brilliant customer service both times. I bought a new Brompton light today and had it fitted in the shop. While my bike was on the stand it was given a quick health check and adjust. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. I will be back for all my Brompton servicing/upgrade needs. Highly recommended.

My friends bike was in the local bike shop for repair and they said they couldn’t get the parts required (lower link part for intense carbine)
I told him I’d check online and came across this shop, asked them via email and ordered the parts required for £10! My friend was considering changing his bike!
Parts arrived two days later and were a perfect fit. This is what customer service is all about, good communication with customers and very knowledgable.

I've ordered Brompton parts from Brilliant Bikes a couple of times - their prices are competitive and on both times the free delivery arrived really quickly. Plus they very thoughtfully included some rubber gloves with the chain and sprocket set I ordered. Their YouTube instruction videos are very good too. Brilliant all round! :) (Sorry, couldn't resist that last one!)

I placed my order on a Monday morning, item despatched a few hours later, and today Tuesday I received the delivery! 😃.
Will definitely order from Brilliant Bikes again.
