If you buy a bike from this store then you may as well say goodbye to your money. There are so many better bike stores in London that actually care about the customer and not just taking their money. It took them just 5 minutes to take my cash and over 5 months to deliver a bike without ever contacting me in what is holding it up. Both them and Pashley have done nothing to move this on or make this pleasurable. It would have been quicker getting the parts from China with my £1000 and easier learning the language than dealing with these companies.
