Giant Store Cambridge

I had a flat tire and first took my bike to Bike Shed near the station. Was a mistake. Nothing can be done. Didn't even ask what's wrong with my bike. I felt a bit sad but remembered the Giant Bike Shop across the bridge. They were fully booked for service for the next 4 weeks, nevertheless immediately offer to fix my tire in 10 min. Great attitude. Fantastic guys. They know what good service means. Thank you guys!

Unfortunately we haven’t had a good experience so far. The bike is broken again and it’s been 6 months since we bought it. I suspect there are some defective parts as we didn’t use it much and had to already exchange the chain and now it’s most likely the mechanism for changing the gears. We have to wait a week to get it serviced. Overall, a poor experience and we’ve expected better after investing in a bike from what we thought was a good brand.

Update: After posting this review, we got a call from the manager and the bike got serviced promptly

Have bought 3 bikes from this store over the last few years, and taken others (inc non-Giant) in for servicing, repairs and new parts. Always the same excellent service, always feels like I'm in the hands of genuine experts. Highly recommended.

Really friendly, down to earth staff. I came in out of the rain one early morning suffering a puncture. The guys were happy enough to fit me into their busy days schedule and get me back on the road again.
Massively grateful for their kindness, there's not a lot of shops that would have squeezed you into their schedule while you wait. First couple days starting a new job so I was relatively stressed. Brilliant experience of the first Giant shop I've ever set foot in. Would consider going there for my next bike purchase. 👍

I was struggling to replace my tubeless tyre. I tried four different bike stores with no luck, then I went to Giant. They managed to help and sort it straight away, solve the issue and put pressure in the tyre. They also gave advice on how I might do it next time. Attentive and talented team. Highly recommend.

This morning my gear cable disconnected from the shifter. I dropped by Giant on Hills Road. Fixed with 15 mins. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Recommended.

Bike broke down after a shoddy repair job by another shop, went to Giant and they fixed it for free on the spot! Amazing customer service, definitely using them for my next annual service:)
