Andrew is a real gentleman. He repaired my Cannondale synapse when I had an accident a couple of years ago, and most recently attempted to remove a stuck seat post from my mason definition. Alas he couldn't free it off, but did not charge for his services and gave me a tip on where to get it sorted so it's 5 stars from me.

Andrew was a lifesaver! My wheels were stolen along with everything connecting them so I was left with only a frame! He rebuilt my bike within a day and I was back riding again by the weekend - great honest friendly service. I will definitely be back! He also recommended and fitted a new lock for me so fingers crossed i can keep my wheels this time!

I had an issue with my road bike's combined gear-shifter/brake where the gear cable had become completely jammed rendering the gears unusable.
I had a look myself and was unable to fix it, and had a more experienced cyclist friend also look at it and he was convinced the whole unit needed replacing.
I called around to two other local bike repair shops, both said they were too busy and couldn't look at it for a week at least!
I then called CycleLink and they were able to fix it on the same day, at a very reasonable price.
All in all very efficient and I will definitely be using them again for any bike repair needs I have!

Bike shops are generally helpful & friendly, so the bar is high, but Andrew at Cyclelink has managed to raise it. The way in which he went the extra mile to assist with the various issues from which my bike was suffering, helped turn a frustrating experience into a positive one. Highly recommended.

Andrew and his team work very hard to maintain our bikes and are very specialised in their job. I am a blind cyclist and Andrew always helps me and my kids keep our bikes in great condition. He is always there for us. Thank you to the whole team.

I am very happy with the service and repairs on my bike, which is now good as new. Expert advice, quality parts and excellent workmanship.

I phoned Cyclelink at 1200 on a Saturday to ask if they could replace a burst inner tube any time soon (having had no luck at other local bike shops), thinking I'd have to wait a few days. Amazingly, they had it replaced by 1245 and repaired the Sturmey Archer three speed at the same time for no extra cost! What a service!
Would highly recommend!

If you need to read any reviews after looking at the deserved 5.0 star rating, I’d be surprised! As I say, fully deserved due to getting a proper diagnosis, an honest appraisal of treatment/work needed before being carried out, thorough and meticulous workmanship of servicing and a clear concise receipt of work carried out. Been back for a couple of small tweaks since, and all done swiftly. Had work done recently on both my bike and my wife’s and although I wasn’t aware of what my problems were beforehand, I have absolute confidence in what was needed to be done, and also in the quality of the work carried out. Would highly recommend Cyclelink to anyone needing their bikes looking after. Thank you Andrew and team.
