Top Bike Shop in Tunbridge Wells.... I had my Transition Sentinel MTB Spec'd and built by them....fantastic bike ...the guys in the shop are highly knowledgeable and do fantastic work...also a great range of bikes and spares!

Fantastic service, the bike came back to me feeling better than it did when it was new. Really quick turnaround, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to friends & family. In fact, I already have and a close friend has recently had his bike serviced. All round top customer service!

I’ve been using Velocipede for the last few years I’ve been living in Tunbridge Wells. I’ve taken my road, trials and mountain bike and they have always been amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.

It’s clear to the owner, Jack, that customer service is at the heart of what they do and you’ll always be welcomed into the shop. All the staff are very friendly and will never make you feel stupid for asking (what might be stupid) questions. There is always an open line of communication whenever they have any bike in for repairs, so you won’t have any hidden costs.

I had a accident a few days before I was due to drop the bike off to Velocipede to be packaged for travel. I dropped the bike straight into them and they agreed to get it all quoted, repaired and back to me to ride before getting it packed up, to make sure it was all running right. The bike was obviously running great and when I collected the packaged bike I was surprised at how thorough of a job they did (definitely not complaining!).

Overall, the customer service is unmatched, the work is always done to a high standard and I wouldn’t take my bikes anywhere else. I recommend them to all friends in Tunbridge Wells and would even travel further afield to them if I moved.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. They sorted out my ancient wheel for me. Great quick service, great value. Friendly and helpful staff. If you need anything bike, use these guys you won’t be dissapinted.

Wen't in to look at a kids bike for my daughter - lots of help and advice given, lots of bikes to choose from and test. left with a new bike and a happy daughter. Would gladly ecommend to anyone.

After visiting I would not visit this place again The man who has the black hair tied in a ponytail with a Black beard Is extremely rude and Snobby. As soon as I started a conversation with him he made me feel like I couldn't afford anything in the shop He was very abrupt And dismissive He told me that he was the main mechanic and that He knew everything About Bikes and that i did not know what i was talking about Well in that case maybe With that attitude he should stay in the Back room workshop and never ventured to the front desk for customer service...... I will be telling many friends to avoid this place..

Needed a service on my daughter's bike at the last minute and was glad they could fit it in. Despite being clear that it could be 3-5 days for a service they turned it around in 2. Great service, very polite and refused to take a tip! Would use them again and recommend them - glad to shop local, not Halfords!

The service I have received at Velocipede Cycles has been outstanding. It is an old school style of service where you can pop in and get good honest advice. I had an issue with my bike and I brought it in and they sorted the problem out on the spot which enabled me to ride back home. I always get my bike serviced at Velocipede as they do a good job, and go the extra mile for the customer.
