Highly recommended! Friendly and knowledgeable team in both Mountain Mania and Road Room. Fair pricing and quick turn around in the workshops. I have been using both for the past three years and been really pleased with how they look after me :-)

Great range of bikes and clothing from beginner to experienced cyclist and they will try and make sure you buy what is best for you rather than what is the most expensive.

The guys here were very helpful and patient when I was deciding which MTB I wanted to buy (and accept pretty much all the cycle2work schemes), set up the bike on collection, including sag etc. Can't go wrong with this shop

A properly good shop - Keith and the team are excellent. They helped us choose a fantastic bike for our 5 year old and, unlike many other places, actually spoke to her and asked her questions. Really professional setup for top cycling enthusiasts. There is some leading edge engineering on show here. Lovely shop to browse. I popped in to see if they could fix tyres and inner tubes for a kids toy bike and they were absolutely brilliant. They sorted it out, carried the parts despite unusual sizes, and were extremely helpful in doing the work for me the same day. Very friendly guys, super business, best of luck to you.

Purchased a bike here 6 months ago and had problems with gear changing.

Fantastic customer service - very helpful with some good sensible recommendations. I felt they would go the extra mile for us. Also made two bike novices feel welcome and not out of place.

Great LBS. Pretty huge range of parts and accessories which means you can get most options straight away, albeit at RRP.

Friendly team but they do get stretched when it's busy, which is quite a lot!

Don't forget they have a dedicated road shop next door but one (the Road Room). Another Aladdin's Cave of road bike stuff. If that shop is shut, just ask next door in MM and they'll open up for you. 👍👍👍
