Be aware the opening times on google and on their shop window signs are wrong/ a lie (have just updated google hours now to reflect the right times) even though it says it’s open on sundays (and therefore made a special effort to go see them) they are actually CLOSED......Don’t mind if they are closed on a Sunday and they say they are closed but their shop sign says clearly open and thus misleading. the team are AS are both super professional and knowledgeable, but more importantly the customer service and desire to help are second to none. I have recently had a bike fit there which has completely changed my biking experience. My ride is now more comfortable but also my power output is now materially higher. Rob spent a considerable amount of time in helping me sort a new saddle and tried a number of different ones over a few weeks. Never even a glint of impatience. Cant speak highly enough of them and recommend them without question.

This is a great place to go and get your bike fixed. Its a nice informal atmosphere, they know what they are doing and will try their best to fix your bike if you are tight on time. They also do some good fitness classes upstairs and have a good shop (although its mainly roadie stuff). So as well as catering for the more elite in the sport they are pretty good at taking care of us more casual sports folk.

I would just to say the service I received when my bike was having a brake hose adjustment was out of this world!!!

Great service. Friendly advice. Fast turnaround. A hard to identify tech issue was exhaustively investigated, tested and fixed while I waited. I highly recommend.

Great job, first bike fit should have done before. Really interesting and useful chat plus knowledge. No heavy sales, great price and bike felt way better. Also fitted Tri bars. And of course a great coffee thrown in 😂🍵☕👍 great first ride.. 18 mph average up hill to Lane end and PB on Henley to Mill end.. A ride I've ride n 254 times strava says 😂😂🙏

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Superb customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge was second to none. Rob and his team are the team to see if you're in the south east and need a new bike/kit/technical support. 5 stars for sure!!
