Genuinely the best bike shop I've used. Combine great bike service with wonderful customer service; on the former, they go above and beyond, on my last visit they kindly made a few tweaks to other things they found that were askew on my bike, and on the latter, they are always polite & respectful in explaining what is at fault (lots of bike shops are somewhat patronising or simply rude!). They also got me out of a real stitch a few weeks ago by managing to squeeze me in at the end of the day as I was due to go on a cycling trip that evening but was experiencing some issues with my gears.

Amazing!! All the folk in the store are friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. They have given me so much advice on buying a new bike. Let me know when the bikes I wanted to test ride were ready. Even though I didn't buy a bike from them in the end, they serviced the 2nd had one I ended up buying with lots of helpful advice for making it more comfortable to ride. I will be sure to take their advice and get any parts I may need from them.

Spoke with a few other bike shops regarding servicing my free hub and none of them could help.

Took it in to see Dan at Rollquick and a super helpful guy who was great at explaining what needed to be done and ordered in the part and replaced it. Always kept me up to date with the progress and a really fair price for the service.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Have had my bike from Rollquick for about 6 months now and it’s changed the game!! Dan was so helpful in advising me on what to get for commuting to work and let me do a test ride before committing. Gave a kind discount on accessories also. The bike MOT service is a great idea and helps keep my bike in check, thanks guys!

Booked my bike in here for a full service which was super easy using their online system. The team did a superb job and went above and beyond solving a jammed bolt I wasn’t even aware of. They clearly absolutely love bikes & cycling and I’ve already started recommending them to others.

Barney came to my rescue to straighten out my mech hanger during a gravel bike trip that took me through Bristol. He really kindly squeezed me in despite having a day fully booked with repairs.
