The Bike Shop Greenford

This place is the worst bike repair shop I have ever been to. Old man charged me 25 quid for both front and back tube change. Funny thing is, there was a board with charges info and it clearly mentioned 4.99quid for each tube change.. I told him about this at the end just to get his reaction but that old worker or owner of that shop said that board you see now is from 1960s 😄😄 joke lad..
I just handed him the money because it’s useless to argue with a people like him.. I hope he make good use out of that money..

Pleasant experience as always. I find the technician quite charming. This is the third time he has fixed one of my electric scooters in the last 9 years. This time he put some new brake pads in. Polite conversation, work done in 20 minutes and a good price! Another customer came in and asked for a service, I liked that the technician was honest and said there wasn't anything particularly wrong with the customers bicycle just a bit squeaky. The customer seemed unsure but the technician was upfront and told him he could look at it but the customer would be charged by the hour and that it was up to him if he wanted to spend that money or take his advice to leave it to sort itself out. I liked that a lot. Saving a customer money when he could've just been money hungry like a lot of other companies, taken the money and messed him about for no reason. He didn't. Great service.

The shop is nice and clean
The guys working there are very polite and honest about costs for repair and parts.
Literally they have proved by taking a video of the whole repair process.

These guys have fixed numerous issues that I have had with my bike including problems with gears, brakes and tyre punctures at very short notice. It is great that they are open late so I have been able to get my bike quickly sorted after work. They always explain what the issue is and the prices are very reasonable. Excellent customer service. The best bike shop in town!

Great little bike shop. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Turned up with a flat tyre and had gone out without my kit to repair it. Popped in and was out again in 10 minutes with a sorted bike.

I took my bike in this week as my Sturmey- Archer gear cable had snapped. They replaced the cabling in 20 minutes, charged minimal labour and before I knew it, pumped up my tyres for free. Felt like a new bike. Thank you!

I searched best bike shops in West London and Greenford came up as one of the top ranked.

I must say they were outstanding. Very personable friendly staff who had extensive knowledge. I told them of a little niggle my bike had, which prior bike shops were unable to located. After a short cycle the chap figured out the issue.

Cost is very reasonable and it's clear that they arnt there to rip you off. They walk you around the bike and show you what needs replacing.
Ontop of the cost of my bike repairs, they also threw in a number of free extras!

Above and beyond. 5+* highly recommend.

Managed to get my daughter her first proper big bike for her birthday when it was impossible to get one during the pandemic, but Thankfully I remembered Greenford bike shop from when I was a kid.
Not only did we get the colour we want (White with Pink Tiffany lettering) but Terry and Associate even offered a free first service 👍🏻which we just had done..Amazing service guys,couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother...and naturally my daughter will remember the experience forever..
